This acidic compost is specially formulated for lime hating, acid loving plants. In terms of water retention, ericaceous special formula plant soil is typically formulated to have good moisture retention properties. Our rich compost is so that is absorbs 25% more water which it’s able to retain and slowly releases when the plant needs it. This allows the plant to be more flourish. Using this type of soil compost include providing the acidic pH levels that these plants require for optimal growth and blooming.
