These branded Mail Lite bubble lined envelopes are ideal for saving time in a busy packing department or post room. The envelopes are easy to write on with excellent label adhesion.

Self seal closure: all our protective mailers have a self-seal strip on the top flap. Simply slide the item into the bag, remove the release tape and fold over the flap to make a permanent seal.

Lightweight for postal cost savings: our mailers typically save over 35% in postal costs, due to their light weight in comparison to traditional packaging. They can often replace heavier, more expensive cartons, saving on distribution costs whilst offering greater protection to goods in transit.

Easy opening tear strip: our mailers have a unique tear strip feature for quick and easy opening.

Mail Lite® White and Gold mailers are designed for recycling with two separate components both of which are recyclable.
• The non-coated FSC certified kraft paper can easily be recycled in the paper waste stream.
• The AirCap® bubble liner is welded around the top, sides and bottom of the bags (opposed to a full lamination which prevents the bags from
being recycled). It contains a minimum of 60% recycled content.
